Words cannot express my gratitude for Jar’neen’s excellent customer service, guidance, and expertise! I had just been offered a job and was relocating from Boston. I only had 48 hours to find an apartment and was overwhelmed without the slightest clue where to begin. After several unsuccessful hours searching on my own and feeling rather defeated, I was fortunate that Jar’neen contacted me shortly after I had inquired about one of the properties she had advertised. She could tell I was in need of far more than just an apartment and took me under her wing. She promptly sent me multiple listings that were within my budget and included the desired amenities. The following day, she patiently toured multiple places with me, asked the questions that I didn’t even think to ask, and offered amazing insight into the neighborhoods. During the entire process, Jar’neen listened to and respected my needs. After I had found my dream apartment, she drove me around the South Loop (during rush hour) to show me around the city! She continued to follow-up with me even after the lease was signed to see how everything was going with the move. I am incredibly grateful for Jar’neen! She truly went above and beyond!

Jar'neen was fabulous! She was actually the first person to actually pick up the phone to call to reach out, rather than just email me. She was so personable and truly understood our needs and wants. She was never pushy or trying to put us over budget and she fought for us constantly to get what we needed as we put applications in. This was the first renting experiencing my husband and I had and it was smooth because of jar'neen!

We were relocated to Chicago and my husband's company referred us to Jar'neen Towns. She was super nice, efficient, friendly and of course professional. She drove us around the city to visit 7 apartments/condos and we were so happy to have found the perfect one for us in just 1 day!  She was always there to help us, with the lease, to coordinate the delivery of the keys of the new apartment and with any questions we had. I moved to Chicago a few weeks ago, and ny relocation agency put me in charge with Jar'neen Townes. Where do I even begin? My first day, she took me to 4 locations in the area I was interested in. Even when I found a place I was interested in, there was no pressure to sign the lease. She encouraged me to continue looking if I was unsure. It showed me a lot. She was more interested in my well being and making sure I found the most suitable apartment for myself. For the next few weekends, Jar'neen took time out of her busy schedule to show me more apartments in the city. She's very well networked and knows a lot about the various buildings and neighborhoods. I was very particular about what I was looking for and for Jar'neen her goal was to make sure I got it and she was going to do whatever she could to make sure this happened. Jar'neen helped us find the house of our dreams and she made the whole process so stress free! Not only did she find tons of properties that fit our wish list, but she also planned visits to each of them on a schedule to accommodate our busy lives! Shopping around was so much easier having someone with her level of expertise to help us navigate.
